Who you are dealing with

Healthpass360 is a brand of Edpass LLC FZ, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Edpass LLC FZ is the controller of the personal data described here.

You never pay us a placement fee

In the UAE the employer pays. That is the law and it is our position. We will never ask you for money to be placed in a job, at any stage, and this platform contains no mechanism to take a payment from a candidate.

If anyone contacts you claiming to represent Healthpass360 and asks you for a placement fee, they do not represent us. Tell us and we will act on it.

What we promise, and what we do not

  • We promise to assess your profile honestly and tell you where you stand, including when the answer is not what you hoped.
  • We promise to tell you the truth about timelines rather than a best case.
  • We do NOT promise you a job. No recruiter can, and one who does is not being straight with you.
  • We do not control DataFlow, the licensing authorities, examination bodies or immigration, and we cannot guarantee their timelines.

Information you give us

Please be accurate. Giving us false information may disqualify your application and, more seriously, can affect your licensing, because verification checks your documents against their original sources.

You keep ownership of everything you send us. You are giving us permission to use it for the purposes set out in the privacy notice, not transferring it to us.

Using this website

  • The content here is guidance, not legal, immigration or medical advice.
  • Licensing requirements change and differ by profession, authority and role. We tell you what applies to your specific case rather than expecting you to rely on a summary page.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt the site, submit automated applications, or access records that are not yours.
