About us

Built by people who understand the work.

A clinician-led team building a humane, technology-enabled corridor between India, the UAE and the wider GCC. Three named partners, one Dubai office, one Mumbai office, and a phone number that reaches a person.

01Why we exist

We were created to fix what is broken in healthcare recruitment.

Too many good professionals are rejected instead of developed, mismatched instead of understood, and abandoned instead of supported. Too many hospitals pay for it in turnover and unfilled units. We measure ourselves not by how many people we move, but by how many thrive and stay. We serve those who serve others. That is not a slogan, it is the whole reason we exist.

02What we hold ourselves to

Three trades, made in advance.

Each of these costs us something specific. Naming the cost is the only thing that makes a value more than decoration.

  1. Honesty over hype

We tell you the truth about where you stand, even when it loses us the placement. That is a real cost, paid regularly, and it is the reason our advice is worth reading.

  2. Readiness over rejection

Filtering people out is cheaper and makes an agency look selective. Developing them takes months of work per person. We do the expensive one, because the alternative wastes good careers.

  3. People over transactions

Every professional is a person, not a placement, and every hospital is a unit with patients in it. Volume sourcing optimises for the thing that is easy to count. We do not.

03The people behind it

Built by three architects.

Of the experience, of the people and process behind it, and of the corridor itself. Real names, real accountability, and you can ring any of us. Compare that with the invented personas the rest of this sector puts on its About page.

Sreesan Balakrishnan

Partner, Brand & Communications

The Experience Architect

“Every message a nurse or a hospital receives should feel like it came from someone who cares.”

Sreesan shapes how Healthpass360 speaks, and how it feels to deal with. As branding and communications advisor he designs the end-to-end experience for both sides of the corridor, making sure process communication is clear, timely and human at every step, from a professional’s first enquiry to a hospital’s post-placement review. In a sector where candidates are routinely left in silence and employers chase updates, he is responsible for the thing that sounds simple and that almost nobody delivers: you always know where you stand.

What this means for you
He's the reason you're never left guessing. Clear updates, honest answers, and a process that treats you like a professional, by design rather than by luck.
What this means for employers
Structured, reliable communication: clear reporting, no chasing, and a candidate experience that reflects well on your employer brand.

Shilpa G S

Partner, HR & Operations

The HR & Operations Architect

“The right talent, in the right role, with the right guidance, can transform both individual careers and businesses.”

Shilpa brings more than 25 years of cross-industry experience spanning human resources, talent acquisition and executive search, career counselling, IT and ITES operations, business development and client relationship management, across the semiconductor and healthcare sectors. She is the architect of the HR process framework that governs every Healthpass360 placement: the end-to-end operating model covering sourcing, screening, credential verification, licensing, mobilisation, onboarding and post-placement review, with defined ownership and service levels at every stage. Her combination of deep people expertise and commercial discipline is what turns our promises into an auditable, repeatable process. She specialises in connecting the right talent to the right role, and in helping professionals make genuinely informed career decisions.

What this means for you
She designed the process that protects you: proper screening, real career guidance, and a structured path rather than a scramble. Her counselling background means she thinks about your next decade, not just your next job.
What this means for employers
The guarantor of process rigour: documented SOPs, compliance controls, defined turnaround times, and structured probation and retention reviews. Twenty-five years of HR and operations discipline behind every candidate.

Yogesh Bhatia

Partner

The Corridor Architect

“Building a humane yet technology-driven mobility infrastructure for healthcare talent.”

Yogesh is the architect of the India, UAE and GCC healthcare talent corridor. An entrepreneur with a long-held conviction that healthcare mobility has been left to chance and to chancers, he set out to build something different: infrastructure with a conscience. His vision is a corridor that is sustainable rather than extractive, technology-enabled rather than technology-obsessed, and bespoke rather than industrial, where every professional who travels it is known by name and every hospital served knows exactly who stands behind the placement. He leads the corridor’s strategy, its partnerships across India and the Gulf, and its founding commitment that candidates never pay to be placed.

What this means for you
He built this corridor so your journey is planned, honest, and never left to a stranger. The promise that you pay nothing and are never abandoned comes from him.
What this means for employers
Your single point of accountability for the corridor: its partnerships, its compliance, and its long-term commitment to the UAE market.
