This site sets no cookies

Not for analytics, not for advertising, not for measuring you. We checked by loading every public page, including the application form, and inspecting what was stored: nothing.

That is why you have not been shown a consent banner. A banner asking permission for cookies that do not exist would be theatre.

What we use instead of analytics

When you submit an application we record which page you came from, along with any campaign parameters in the link you followed. That travels with your submission rather than being tracked across the site beforehand, and it is covered by the consent you give on the form.

The one third party on the site

Our application form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people apart from bots. It is what stops the form being abused, which protects both you and us. It runs only on the application page, and only when you reach the final step.

Turnstile is designed to work without tracking cookies and we have observed none being set. Cloudflare may set storage of its own for bot protection, and if we ever observe that here we will say so on this page.

The admin area

Our staff dashboard at /admin uses a session cookie so our team can stay signed in. That area is not public and it is not part of your visit to this site.

If this changes

If we ever add analytics or any cookie that is not strictly necessary, we will ask for your consent before setting it and this page will be updated first.
