For healthcare professionals
Your career deserves a team that never lets go of the rope.
Moving your career to the UAE is one of the biggest steps you will take. We walk it with you, honestly, from the first question to long after you arrive. And you never pay us a placement fee.
- AED 0
- you ever pay us, at any stage
- 2–3
- days for an honest answer on where you stand
- 90
- days of support after you land, and beyond
What you can hold us to.
Not values on a wall. Three specific things, each of which you can check we actually did.
We prepare you, we do not reject you
Many agencies filter people out to look selective. We do the opposite. We help you become ready, whatever stage you are starting from, and if you are not ready yet we show you the path rather than closing the door.
You never pay a placement fee
In the UAE, the employer pays. Any agency asking you for a placement fee is breaking the rules. With us your money stays yours, and there is no mechanism anywhere on this site to take a payment from you.
We stay after you arrive
Landing in a new country is hard. We are with you through your first 90 days and beyond, and we are measured on whether you stay and thrive rather than on how many people we moved.
The whole route, not the easy middle.
Most agencies do the matching and leave you to work out the rest. Licensing is where good professionals lose months, so it is the part we handle most closely.
- Understanding whether you are eligible, honestly and for free
- Getting licensed: DataFlow, Prometric and your DHA, DOH or MOHAP pathway
- Getting genuinely ready: clinical, cultural and language preparation
- Matching you to the right hospital and the right unit, for a career rather than a job
- Settling in, through your first months in the UAE

Three ways to do this. Here is the honest difference.
Most people considering the UAE are choosing between an agency, doing it alone, or us. These are the differences that actually change your outcome, rather than the ones that are easy to advertise.
What you pay to be placed
- Healthpass360
- Nothing, at any stage. There is no mechanism anywhere on this platform to take a payment from you.
- A typical recruitment agency
- The employer pays by law, so anyone asking you for a placement fee is acting against the rules. Candidates are still asked. Check before you commit.
- Doing it on your own
- No agent to pay, but every licensing and verification fee is yours to fund and sequence.
Licensing handled, not just explained
- Healthpass360
- DataFlow, the exam and your DHA, DOH or MOHAP route, managed end to end.
- A typical recruitment agency
- Usually guided, sometimes referred to a third party you pay separately.
- Doing it on your own
- Yours to research, sequence and chase.
Your documents checked before you spend
- Healthpass360
- We check your name matches across your degree, council certificate and passport before any fee is paid. It is the most common cause of rejection.
- A typical recruitment agency
- Varies. Often checked after verification has already started.
- Doing it on your own
- You usually find out when the rejection arrives.
Prepared for the job, not only the exam
- Healthpass360
- Clinical, cultural and language preparation, included rather than sold separately.
- A typical recruitment agency
- Rarely offered. Placement is the product.
- Doing it on your own
- Available to buy, and entirely on you to choose well.
Someone accountable after you arrive
- Healthpass360
- 90 days of support and beyond, and we are measured on whether you stay rather than on how many people we moved.
- A typical recruitment agency
- The relationship typically ends at placement.
- Doing it on your own
- Nobody.
Someone in the UAE you can telephone
- Healthpass360
- A Dubai office and a UAE number published on every page of this site.
- A typical recruitment agency
- Varies. Many operate only from your home country, with no presence where you will actually be working.
- Doing it on your own
- Not applicable.
A timeline with a number on it
- Healthpass360
- 10 to 16 weeks from abroad, 3 to 6 if you are already here, published and applied to your own case.
- A typical recruitment agency
- Often described as fast, without a figure you can hold anyone to.
- Doing it on your own
- Unknowable until you are inside it.
One thing an agency can genuinely do better: if they already have a relationship with the exact hospital you want, they may move faster than us on that one role. We would rather tell you that than pretend the comparison runs our way on every line.
Before you apply, here is what we actually look at.
No login wall, no form to fill before you learn anything. These are the four things that decide most cases, and the two realistic timelines. Read them, then decide whether to send us your profile.
- Qualification
- A 3-year BSc for Registered Nurse, or an 18-month diploma for Assistant NurseFrom an accredited institution. Distance and correspondence programmes are not accepted, and neither are most 2-year associate programmes. Allied health and technician roles each have their own minimum standard. If yours falls short we will say so plainly rather than let you spend money finding out.
- Experience
- Typically 2 years post-registrationSpecialty units often ask for more. Some routes and some professions ask for less. We will tell you which applies to you rather than quoting an average at you.
- Registration
- Active council registration, plus a Good Standing Certificate less than 6 months oldYour name must match across your degree, your council certificate and your passport. Inconsistency there is the single biggest cause of DataFlow rejection, so we check it before you spend anything.
- English
- OET or IELTS, depending on your qualification and authoritySome profiles are exempt. Where a test is needed, preparation is part of the readiness programme rather than an extra you buy from us.
Coming from outside the UAE
10–16 weeks
End to end: document preparation, DataFlow verification, Prometric, matching, offer, licence and visa. Anyone promising you dramatically faster is not being straight with you.
Already in the UAE
3–6 weeks
If you hold an active licence and are moving to a better-fitting role, most of the verification is already done. We manage the licence and visa transfer safely.
This is guidance, not a verdict. Requirements differ by authority, by emirate and by the unit you are applying to, and they change. Send us your profile and a person reads it. You get an honest answer within 2–3 days, including the answer you were hoping not to hear, and the steps to get there if you are not ready yet.
Check your eligibilityWe will always tell you the truth about where you stand.
Even when it is not what you hoped to hear. If you are not ready yet we will tell you honestly and show you the path to get there. That is what clinician-led actually means: the person reading your file has done the job you are applying for.
